With a background in electrical engineering, electronics, and RF, he transitioned to full-time wireless work in 2015, initially specializing in Cisco technologies and now operating in a vendor-agnostic capacity.

Charles’s broad career trajectory has equipped him with a unique skill set, allowing him to apply innovative and lateral thinking to resolve complex challenges that others may struggle to address. Known for his hands-on approach, he emphasizes a return to first principles, ensuring that if a problem cannot be solved, its root cause can be identified.

He specializes in challenging WiFi environments, including laboratories, higher education campuses, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. Throughout his career, Charles has completed over 100 vendor certifications, beginning in 1995, with notable qualifications such as Triple ECSE, CCNA-Wireless, CCDA, CCNP-Wireless, and CCDP.

Charles is adept at leading WiFi refresh and implementation projects, leveraging proven processes and automation techniques to deliver near-zero-defect installations.
