Electronics Prototyping and Packet Analysis with a Potato

At WLPC in 2019, the Packet Potato debuted as the primary electronics project for the Soldering and Electronics Prototyping Deep Dive. But what does it do, how did I design and prototype it, and how can you start your electronics projects? We'll look at what the Packet Potato does, how it was prototyped, how PCBs were made, and how the code was written to get it blinking whenever it hears packets.
